Free sites to publish and earn: Spreaker podcast ads
Stories, podcasts, $0 to publish: five free sites, the easiest one first. Number five: podcast host Spreaker pays 60% of each ad. You upload episodes, and the site slips short ads before, during or after them. Its ad program is open to podcasters anywhere.
The free plan costs $0, with one podcast and unlimited episodes. Free and paid accounts alike can share each new episode everywhere in one click. Payment goes to an online payment account once your share reaches $10. The link is in the description.
You can see your ad money add up, day by day. By our count, $20 of ad money leaves you twelve, past that $10 line. Read the ad program's terms when you switch it on. Next, a site for stories.
Publish stories on Ream with reader tiers
Number four: story site Ream, where readers pay from $3 a month. It's free for authors to start, with no upfront cost for anything. It's open in over a hundred countries, and readers can pay from anywhere. On the tenth of each month, payouts go to your bank once you pass $50.
You post serial stories, ebooks, audiobooks or comics, and following you is free. Common perks are early chapters, bonus stories and signed books. The site keeps 10%, and card companies charge their own fee. By our count, a $3 tier leaves you about $2 thirty-one.
If practical guides like this help you, subscribe to get the next one. Every official page is linked below. Next, a podcast plan that's entirely free.
RedCircle free podcast hosting and ads
Number three: podcast host RedCircle, where you keep 70% of the ads you read. Its Core plan is entirely free, with one podcast and unlimited downloads. It works in some countries, not all; the help page lists them. Money goes to your bank once your balance passes $1.
From day one, you can sell bonus episodes to paying subscribers. You control where ads play in your show. You can accept or decline each host-read campaign. Ads open up at 500 weekly downloads, and automatic ads split fifty-fifty.
New earnings wait about seven to ten days, then pay out each month for the month before. By our count, $10 of automatic ads leaves you five. Next, a host with a marketplace for ads.
Acast free Starter plan and ad marketplace
Number two: podcast host Acast, whose free plan can join its ad marketplace at 500 monthly listens. The free plan includes one podcast with unlimited listener downloads. Payouts reach most places, with a few regions excluded. Once your ads earn a hundred dollars, it invoices you and pays your bank.
Advertisers place automatic ads or sponsor your show for a while. You choose where ads run and which categories you'd rather skip. You apply to the marketplace, and the review takes up to ten days. Statements go out around the fifteenth of each month, once you reach the line.
Say Maya's ads bring in $20 a month. The free plan stops at five episodes, but with ads on you can keep publishing free of charge. The free plan page also mentions a card, so its exact terms are worth reading. By our count, she reaches the hundred dollar line in five months.
And number one: comics, with half of a series' ad revenue.
Publish a webcomic on Webtoon Canvas
Number one: comic site Webtoon Canvas credits creators 50% of a series' ad revenue. Anyone can tell their story there, for readers around the world. Payouts go to an online payment account, from $25 on the lower route. You publish a webcomic series, episode by episode, from your own story idea.
Fans can also send Super Likes on your episodes, and you earn revenue. Ads open up when a series passes a thousand subscribers and 40,000 monthly views. Then you apply, and the written approval can take several weeks. The program is for adults who own the rights to their comic, and tax rules differ where you live.
Say Maya's series ads bring in $50 in a month. By our count, half of that credits her twenty-five, the payout line. What does it cost to join six sites that pay you for work? Click the video on screen now to see.

For each one: what the free plan includes, where it works, how the money goes out, the payout minimum and the share or fee the site states. From each site's own live official pages, read on November 1 and 2, 2026, with one count of our own per site. Maya is an invented example. Information only; results vary.
